CNC milling is the application of professional machines: a three-axis/four-axis or 4-and-a-half-axis CNC milling machine to remove the remaining material, and then use it with a drilling machine or subsequent tapping operations to achieve the desired design shape.

Turning is the opposite operation method to milling. The knife moves but the object does not move. The object can be processed by rotating in the forward/reverse direction on the fixture.
